Rising from a junior role to Associate Director of Analytical Research, he honed expertise in Quality Control, Analytical Research, and Laboratory Compliance. Alongside his corporate journey, Anand nurtured a passion for teaching and team development, serving as a certified trainer across organizations.
Parallel to his professional career, Anand pursued his financial journey. Through disciplined, systematic investing over a decade, he achieved financial freedom in his early fifties—empowering him to step away from the corporate “rat race” and embrace entrepreneurship in 2023 by joining Urjita Financial Services as a partner.
